As a Coach, how can I track my coaching hours?

Learn how to track your coaching hours in Optify by filtering events and downloading a CSV report from your coach dashboard.

As a Coach in Optify, you have access to powerful reporting tools that make it easy to track your coaching hours—including completed sessions, unscheduled events, and even no-shows. You can filter, review, and download this information in just a few clicks.

Go to your Dashboard (1)
From your coach dashboard, navigate to the Events tab. (2)

Apply Filters to Customize Your View


Use the available filters to narrow down the events you'd like to review:

  • Filter by Event Type – Select the kind of coaching session (1:1, group, etc.).

  • Filter by Event Status – Choose from statuses like Completed, Scheduled, Unscheduled, No Show, and more.

  • Filter by Sponsor Organization – Useful if you coach across multiple organizations.

  • Filter by Date Range – Pick a specific timeframe or view all historical events.

  • You can also:

    • Check the box to Include events from closed engagements

    • Check the box for Only events that are visible to clients

Download Your Report

Once you’ve applied your filters, click the Download icon to export your report as a CSV file. This file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool to view or sum your coaching hours.

💡 Tip

Use your CSV report to tally hours for certification programs, internal tracking, or invoicing purposes.
