The Optify platform brings participants, coaches, Program Managers, administrators, and sponsors together in one secure environment. It supports the full development journey—from registration and coach matching through scheduling, goal-setting, learning resources, assessments, surveys, and program reporting.

Coaching Participants can connect with a coach, schedule meetings, set goals, access resources, complete assessments and surveys, and track their development throughout the program.

Coaches can manage their engagements, maintain their profiles, schedule meetings, share resources, review goals, communicate with participants, and document coaching activity.

Program Managers and administrators can create programs, manage participants and coaches, configure events, monitor engagement activity, distribute resources and assessments, and access reporting across their assigned programs.

Sponsors can be granted view-only access to selected dashboards and program information, giving stakeholders appropriate visibility while protecting the confidentiality of the coaching relationship.

Optify’s scheduling tools help participants and coaches coordinate meetings directly through the platform.

Coaches can connect supported calendar and videoconferencing services to display accurate availability and automatically generate meeting invitations. Optify also supports Calendly integrations and Guest Scheduling Links for approved schedulers who need to book meetings on behalf of participants.

Depending on the program setup, meetings may be offered virtually, by phone, in person, or through a combination of these options.

Optify’s dashboards provide visibility into engagement status, meeting activity, scheduling behavior, participant progress, and survey feedback.

Program Managers and administrators can use filters to review information by program, sponsor, coach, participant, dates, and custom fields. Reporting data can also be exported to support business reviews, stakeholder updates, and further analysis.

Organizations using Optify’s integrated survey workflows can access dedicated Pulse and Midpoint Survey dashboards.

Optify uses AI to enhance—not replace—the human coaching experience.

AI-assisted matching helps Program Managers identify coaches whose experience, background, and expertise align with a participant’s needs and preferences. Final matching decisions remain with the appropriate program team.

When enabled for a program, Maya provides participants with on-demand reflection, accountability, and continuous learning between meetings with their human coach.

Maya uses a non-directive coaching approach, asking thoughtful questions that help participants gain clarity, explore challenges, and identify their own next steps.

Programs can include learning resources, assignments, assessments, questionnaires, and surveys tailored to the participant experience.

Program Managers can add Optify resources or upload their own materials. Assessments and survey results can be managed within the platform, helping teams keep important program information organized in one place.

Optify provides meaningful program visibility while protecting the confidentiality of the coaching relationship.

Access is based on each user’s role and program permissions. Coaches and participants retain private spaces for their coaching work, while administrators and sponsors receive access only to the operational and reporting information appropriate to their roles.

Optify is SOC 2 Type II compliant and maintains security and privacy practices designed to protect customer and participant information.
