FAQ – Why can’t I schedule calls with my coach? Why is there no availability showing?

If you can’t see any availability when trying to schedule calls with your coach, here are a few possible reasons:

1. Scheduling windows are in place

Your program manager may have set scheduling windows to ensure meetings happen within a specific timeframe. When this happens, you won’t be able to book directly in the platform.

What to do: Use the Messages tab to contact your coach directly and ask them to schedule the next meeting with you.

2. Your coach hasn’t added availability

Coaches need to add availability before clients can book calls. If no times are appearing, it may mean your coach has not entered any availability yet.

What to do: Message your coach through the platform and coordinate the next session.

3. Program-specific setup

In some programs, coaches are responsible for scheduling all calls instead of clients booking them directly.

What to do: If you’re unsure, reach out to your coach via the Messages tab or contact your program manager for guidance.


Tip: The quickest way to move forward is to message your coach directly if you don’t see available times.
