The scheduling feature is contingent upon your coach having integrated their calendar with Optify. This integration is essential for the automatic scheduling and invitation process to function. If your coach has not set up this integration, you will not see the "Schedule" button as described below.
Step 1: Access the Engagement Tab
Begin by locating the Engagement Tab on the left side of your Optify screen. This tab serves as your gateway to various interactive features within the platform, including the scheduling function.
Step 2: Navigate to the Events Section
Within the Engagement Tab, find and click on the Events Tab. This section provides a comprehensive overview of upcoming events and meetings, allowing you to manage your meetings effectively.
Step 3: Schedule Your Meeting
Click on the Schedule button to proceed with booking your meeting.
A calendar interface will appear, prompting you to select the preferred date and time for your meeting with your coach.
Finalizing the Meeting
Once you have selected a suitable date and time for the meeting:
The platform will automatically generate a calendar invite.
This invite will be sent to both your and your coach's email addresses, containing all the necessary details about the meeting, including the time, date, and any other relevant information.

Q: What if my coach hasn't integrated their calendar with Optify?
A: You will not see the option to schedule a meeting in the events tab. Click on Messaging to send a message to your coach to inquire about the next meeting.
Q: How can I confirm if a meeting is successfully scheduled?
