Rescheduling Your Coaching Meetings: For Clients

How to reschedule or cancel coaching meetings.

Rescheduling your appointments online is a breeze with Optify. However, please keep in mind that the options provided below only apply to clients of coaches who have integrated their calendars with Optify. If you don't see the options below, you must reschedule the meeting manually.

Jump to:

1-Navigate to your program by clicking "Engagements" on the left. If you have multiple engagements, select the one you want to access.

2- Click on the Events tab.

3- Click on the horizontal dots on the far right of a meeting until you see an option to Cancel/Reschedule that meeting.

Note: If you do not see the “Cancel/Reschedule” option, it means that your coach does not have their calendar integrated or the cancellation policy for that program does not allow for rescheduling. Click on “Send Message” to send a message to your coach to attempt to reschedule the meeting manually.

What if you missed a meeting?

If you miss a meeting and want to reschedule it after the start time has passed, rescheduling it will depend on your coach. Some coaches don’t allow rescheduling of missed meetings. Others may allow it once if you reach out to them. If you want to reschedule a meeting after the time you’d previously scheduled has passed, send a message to your coach as soon as possible.
