How to Add and Update Your Coach Profile

Add or update your coach profile so clients and admins can learn more about you and match you with the right coaching opportunities.

Your coach profile will be available to clients so they can get to know more about you, your background, your coaching style, and what to expect from working with you. This is an important step in helping clients feel confident and informed when selecting a coach.

Why It Matters

Your profile is often the first impression a client will have of you. A complete and thoughtful profile:

  • Helps clients choose a coach who’s the right fit for their goals

  • Builds trust before the first conversation

  • Increases the likelihood of being selected by clients when self-selection is enabled

💡 Tip: Even if clients are not selecting their own coach, administrators use your profile to help match you with the right clients.


How to Add or Edit Your Profile

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. Click on your name in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  3. Select Your Profile from the menu.

4. Fill in the profile fields provided, such as:

  • Professional Background

  • Coaching Philosophy

  • Credentials & Certifications

  • Languages Spoken

Be sure to click Save Edits at the bottom of the screen—your updates won’t be saved automatically.

Questions marked as “Hidden from client” will only be visible to program administrators and are used for internal purposes such as coach matching. You can return to your profile at any time to make updates.

Some fields may not be required, but the more information you provide, the better clients and admins can understand your coaching approach.


Add a Photo (Optional, But Recommended!)

While uploading a photo is optional, we strongly recommend it. A clear, professional-looking photo makes your profile more welcoming and helps clients feel more connected before meeting you.

To upload a photo:

  • Scroll to the photo section at the top of your profile page.

  • Click Upload Photo and choose an image from your device.


Add a Voice Introduction (Optional)

You also have the option to record or upload a short voice introduction. This is a great way to let clients hear your tone and energy before they meet with you. It’s optional, but it can add a personal and inviting touch to your profile. Files must be saved in an MP3 format only.


Editing Your Profile Later

You can return to your profile at any time to make updates. Just click your name in the bottom left corner, select Your Profile, and make any changes needed.

Do I need to complete every field?
No. Some fields may be required, but the more information you provide, the better clients and admins can understand your coaching approach.

Is a photo required?
No, but it’s highly recommended. A profile photo adds a personal touch and helps clients feel more comfortable selecting you.

Who can see my profile?
Clients see only the fields marked as visible. Admins and program managers can see all responses, including hidden ones.

Can I edit my profile later?
Yes! You can return to your profile at any time and make changes as needed.

Can I add a video introduction?
Video uploads are not supported at this time. However, you can include a YouTube link in your profile if you'd like to share a video introduction or sample coaching message.
