How safe is the information that I’m sharing for coach-matching purposes?
We are using Google’s Gemini AI tool to power our AI coach-matching feature. The security of this tool is equivalent to using Gemini directly for any queries or data sharing. It may already have access to your documents and search information. For details, see Google’s commitment to security and data governance.
How will the use of AI coach matching affect the clients I’m matched with and how many I receive?
Currently, the AI coach-matcher serves as a tool for Program Managers (PMs) to support coach-client matching. Final decisions are made by the PM and Account Manager. PMs can use the tool to suggest coaches based on specific criteria, with justified recommendations.
The AI tool is designed to bring objectivity, “remembering” and leveraging your up-to-date profile to make well-informed recommendations. We’re monitoring its effectiveness, and it’s performing well so far. Keep your profile current to improve matching accuracy.
How much information should I share in the expanded coach profile, and how should I share it?
Feel free to share as much detail as you’d like, using your natural language and voice. The AI tool is highly capable of interpreting conversational language, ensuring your profile reflects your expertise accurately.
What will clients see?
The expanded coach profile includes sections visible to clients and some that are not. This is indicated on your profile, so please write each section accordingly.
