No. Maya is designed to complement your human coaching experience, not replace it. She supports your growth between sessions by encouraging continued reflection, exploration, and accountability while providing immediate support when needed.
What topics can Maya handle?
Maya is designed to support leadership growth and professional development. You can use her to explore goals, workplace relationships, communication challenges, decision-making, accountability, confidence, and other leadership-related situations.
Maya is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis services, legal advice, or other professional support. If a concern appears to be outside the scope of coaching, Maya may recommend seeking help from a human coach, therapist, or another qualified professional.
Why won’t Maya give me direct advice?
Maya uses a non-directive coaching approach. Instead of telling you what to do, she asks thoughtful questions that help you uncover your own insights and determine which solutions are right for you. This approach supports greater ownership, commitment, and lasting change.
When should I use Maya?
You can use Maya anytime, including:
Before a meeting or difficult conversation to plan your approach.

If you leave the page without formally ending a conversation, the thread remains available so you can return to it later.
What happens when I end a conversation?
When you explicitly end a conversation, Maya automatically generates and stores a summary along with suggested goals or actions associated with that conversation.
Maya can use information from summaries, goals, and actions from previously completed conversations—along with relevant engagement goals and notes—to provide greater continuity in future conversations.
Do I need to save a summary for Maya to remember the conversation?
No. Conversation threads are saved automatically. When you formally end a conversation, a summary and suggested goals or actions are also generated and stored automatically. You do not need to copy the summary into your notes for Maya to access this information in the future.
Can I return to a previous conversation?
Yes. You can view your saved conversations and continue reflecting on the same topic.
