The shared notes feature enables Coaches and Admins to distribute important notes and even messages concerning client engagements. This guide offers detailed instructions for Program Managers on creating, managing, and filtering notes, as well as effectively using notification options.

Creating a Shared Note
Navigate to the Programs section. (1)
Select the program to which you want to add the note.(2)
3. Select the Notes tab (1)
4. Click on Add Note (2)
5. Enter your note in the text field.
6- Choose the privacy setting:
Private to PMs: The note is only visible to Program Managers.
Shared with Coach: You can select the coach with whom you want to share the note.
7. (Optional) Uncheck the Send e-mail notification toggle if you do not wish to send an email notification.
Notify Recipients via Email:
The Send e-mail notification toggle will automatically be turned on for coaches during the note-creation process. You can change it at any time.
You can toggle this notification to "off" keeping the e-mail notification from being sent.
8. Click Save to create the note.
Editing or Deleting a Note
To Edit a Note:
1. Go to the Notes tab within the relevant program. (1)
2. Locate the note you wish to edit.
3. Click on the three dots (...) icon. (2)
4. Make your desired changes.
5. Click Save to update the note.
To Delete a Note:
Navigate to the Notes tab. (1)
Click on the three dots (...) located beside the note you want to delete (2)
Click on the Delete icon (3)
