A coach might be inactivated for various reasons, such as taking a temporary leave due to personal or health issues, seasonal work schedules, maternity or paternity leave, or professional development. These scenarios preserve the coach's history and data, allowing seamless reactivation when ready to resume coaching.

Inactivating Vs. Deleting a Coach

Inactivating a coach rather than deleting them offers several benefits. It preserves all historical data related to their engagements, ensures ongoing engagements or offers are completed before inactivation, and clearly marks the coach as "inactive" on the platform. Admins can filter and manage inactive coaches easily, and the coach can be reactivated at any time without losing any previous data. Scenarios for inactivation include temporary leave for personal or health reasons, seasonal work, maternity or paternity leave, professional development, performance reviews, lack of current client needs, administrative restructuring, part-time schedules, or geographic relocation. This approach maintains the coach's history and data, allowing for a smooth transition back to active status when needed.
