Help with logging in and resetting your password

Logging in with Email and Password

  1. Go to the platform login page at https://program.optify.io/
    You’ll be directed to the standard login screen.

  2. Enter your credentials.
    In the login fields, enter:

    • Your email address

    • Your password

  3. Click “Log In.”
    You’ll be signed into your account.

  4. Having trouble logging in?

    • Click on “Forgot your password?”

    • Enter the email address associated with your platform account.

    • Follow the steps in the password reset email to create a new password.


Logging in with Google or Microsoft (SSO)

If you have a Google or Microsoft account that uses the same email address as your platform account, you can log in using SSO.

  1. Go to the platform login page at https://program.optify.io/

  2. Click one of the SSO options:

    • Sign in with Google

    • Sign in with Microsoft

3. Authenticate through your provider.
You’ll be prompted to choose or sign in to your account.

⚠️ Make sure this is the same email address associated with your platform account.

4. Grant access if prompted.

5. Access the platform.
If your account email matches, you’ll be signed in automatically.


FAQ

Q: I’m getting a "Failed to authenticate" error when using SSO—what should I do?
A: This usually means the Google or Microsoft account you're using doesn't match the email on your platform profile.

  • Make sure you’re selecting the correct Google or Microsoft account.

  • If you're still having issues, try logging in with your email and password instead.

  • If neither method works, contact support via chat for assistance.

Q: Can I choose between SSO and email/password every time?
A: Yes. Both options are always available on the login screen.

Q: What if my Google/Microsoft account email is different from my platform email?
A: You’ll need to use the email/password login method, or contact your administrator to update your email.

Q: Will switching between login methods affect my data or settings?
A: No. All login methods access the same account, as long as the email address matches.

Q: I clicked "Forgot your password" but didn’t get an email—what should I do?
A: Check your spam folder and confirm that you're using the correct email. If you still don't receive the email, contact support for help.
