Some organizations use firewalls, DNS filtering, or security tools that block unknown domains by default. If this applies to your organization, your IT team may need to safelist Optify domains to ensure the platform works properly.

Safelisting allows users to access Optify programs, links, and platform features without being blocked by network security settings.

Domains to Safelist

Please ask your IT team to allow the following domains:

optify.io
program.optify.io

For best results, we recommend allowing all subdomains:

*.optify.io

Where Safelisting May Be Needed

Depending on your organization’s security setup, safelisting may be required in:

  • Network firewalls

  • DNS filtering systems

  • Secure web gateways

  • Email security tools

  • Endpoint protection software

  • Browser security extensions

Your IT or security team can determine where these rules need to be applied.

What Happens if the Domains Aren’t Safelisted?

If Optify domains are blocked, users may experience:

  • Inability to access the Optify platform

  • Login pages not loading

  • Program links failing to open

  • Embedded program content not displaying

  • Email notifications or links being blocked

How to Verify Access

After the domains are safelisted:

  1. Confirm the page loads successfully.

  2. Launch a program to verify that all content loads correctly.

Safelisting e-mails

Users may not receive calendar invites or e-mails due to their e-mail security settings. Many email servers implement strict checks, especially for emails originating from addresses with the same domain.

How to resolve this issue?

To address this problem, clients should follow these steps:

  1. Review Security Settings:

    • Check the security settings within their email inbox platform.

    • Adjust any settings that may be overly restrictive, particularly those involving IP checks for deliveries from addresses with the same domain.

  2. Safelist Mandrill Delivery IP Addresses:

    • Ensure the Mandrill delivery IP address range is safelisted or allowed in their email inbox platform. The IP ranges are:

      • 205.201.128.0/20

      • 198.2.128.0/18

      • 148.105.0.0/16
