Learn how Optify reviews usage tiers, how to verify your active coaches and clients, and what to expect from the upcoming pricing increase effective January 1st.

Optify reviews platform usage on a monthly basis to ensure each account is assigned to the correct pricing tier. Your tier is determined by the number of active coaches and active clients within your organization.

During a recent review, it was identified that some accounts may not have been included in prior monthly audits. When this happens, Optify does not apply retroactive charges. Any adjustments are made only moving forward.

This article explains how tier reviews work, how to verify your active usage, and what to expect with the upcoming pricing update.


How Tier Reviews Work

  • Tier reviews occur monthly.

  • Usage is based on:

    • Active coaches

    • Active clients

  • Open engagements that are no longer active may affect your tier. Closing these engagements will update your usage counts automatically.

  • If your account was missed in a previous monthly review, Optify will not back-charge for past months.

To check or update your usage, you can close completed engagements at any time within the platform.


What to Do if You Receive a Tier Review Notification

If you are notified that your usage indicates a different pricing tier:

  1. Review your active coach and client numbers.

  2. Close any completed engagements to ensure accuracy.

  3. Confirm whether the numbers shown match your active usage.

  4. If you need assistance, you can:

    • Reply to the email notification

    • Send a message through the platform chat

    • Schedule a call with our team


Pricing Update – Effective January 1st

Beginning January 1st, Optify will implement a 20% price increase across all tiers.
This update applies universally and is separate from your usage-based tier review.
