The Assessments tab gives Program Managers a centralized place to upload, manage, and share assessment results with both coaches and clients. This feature streamlines the process of keeping assessment files organized, accessible, and secure.
What You Can Do as a Program Manager
Upload assessment files to an engagement
Choose who can see the file (coach, client, or both)
Notify the coach and/or client when files are uploaded
View a full history of your uploaded assessments per engagement
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the Engagement
Find the program you'd like to upload the assessment result to from your dashboard.
Find the participant and click the three dots next to their name
Click Assessments
2. Upload an Assessment File

Using the toggle, decide whether the file should be visible to the client. Client-only Files uploaded by Program Managers are not editable by coaches or clients.
Privacy Rules
Files uploaded by clients or coaches are not visible to Program Managers
Program Managers can only view the files they personally upload
Coaches and Program Managers can choose whether clients can view uploaded files
Clients can delete only the files they upload themselves

Can I edit a file after uploading it?
No. Files cannot be edited once uploaded. If a change is needed, upload a new version and delete the old one.
Will I be able to see files that a coach or client uploads?
No. Files uploaded by coaches or clients are private and not visible to Program Managers.
Can I remove a file that I uploaded?
Yes. Program Managers can delete any file they have uploaded.
Do clients and coaches get notified automatically when I upload a file?
You will have the option to send a notification to the coach and/or client during the upload process.
